Who uploads the professional photos?
The short answer
Usually the photographer, the host, the producer, or a team member with the right access uploads the photos.
It depends on how the event is run. Sometimes the photographer prefers to hand the files to the team, and sometimes it is easier to give them a dedicated upload link.
Decide in advance who is responsible for uploading, when the upload happens, and whether the photographer uploads every photo or only a selection.
