When should guests be sent the sign-up link?
The short answer
Usually it is best to send it before the event or to display a clear QR code at the event, depending on your crowd and your package.
If you are using personal galleries, it helps when guests understand in advance what the selfie is for. That reduces confusion and makes them more likely to take part.
If you are using a live album, a QR code at the event can work very well, especially near the bar, the entrance, the tables, or a screen.
