Use one short, clear sentence: open the link, it works without an app, and it helps us prepare your photos for you.
Do not start with the technology. Start with the gift: we want you to be able to get your photos easily.
If there is a QR code at the event, add a very short explanation next to it rather than relying on the code alone.
