Guest experience
What happens if a guest does not appear in the photos?
The short answer
If a guest does not appear in the photos that were uploaded, they may not end up with a meaningful personal gallery.
Matcha can help find the photos a guest appears in, but it cannot create photos that were never taken.
At large events, it is worth encouraging guests to get in front of the camera, making sure the photographer knows that guest photos matter, and adding a shared album too, so people can still see the overall atmosphere.
