Give guests a short, clear explanation, place the QR code in the right spots, and decide in advance who is responsible for the album and the screen.
At large events, order starts with the prompt. A short line next to the QR code inviting guests to upload their best moments works better than a general request to send everything, and it cuts down on duplicate shots of the same moment.
When one person is in charge of the album and the screen and can answer guests who are unsure, the album stays organized and pleasant to browse, even when lots of people are uploading throughout the night.
