Who on the event team should run Matcha?
The short answer
One clearly named person should be responsible: the host, a producer, an event manager, the photographer, or a team member who knows the process.
When nobody owns it, even a simple tool can get muddled at an event. Decide in advance who uploads the photographer's photos, who helps guests, and who checks that the screen and the links are working.
At small events this can be one person. At large events it is better to split the roles.
