There should be no need for a complicated process. The goal is to give the photographer or the team a simple way to upload photos.
Photographers already work with galleries, files, and export workflows. Matcha should fit into that without changing their working day.
For each event, explain only what the photographer needs to know: how to upload, at what stage, and what happens after the upload.
