How do you share event photos so guests actually see them?
The short answer
Instead of a WhatsApp group or one giant folder everyone has to dig through, give each guest an easy way in to the photos that are relevant to them. When photos are easy to find, people actually look.
A WhatsApp group quickly fills up with duplicates and low quality, and a cloud folder dumps hundreds of photos on the guest and asks them to find themselves. Both send photos, but neither really gets them to people.
A personal gallery starts from the guest, not from the pile, so they see their own photos almost right away. You can pair it with a shared album for the overall atmosphere of the night.
