Who can see the photos?
The short answer
It depends on the type of gallery and the event settings: a public album, a personal gallery, or the team's admin area.
A public album is meant for wider viewing by anyone who has the link. A personal gallery is meant for one specific guest, through a personal link.
The event team or the hosts can work in the admin area according to their permissions. When explaining this to guests, it is best not to mix up the different kinds of access.
